Tom is a Vice President in Infrastructure Ontario’s (IO) Commercial Advisory practice. He currently leads IO’s Digital Twin initiative, seeking to bring widely established, modern digital infrastructure practices to provincial priority projects. Tom previously led the development and execution of Ontario's Accelerated High-Speed Internet Program, supported by the Government’s nearly $4 billion investment to connect all regions of the province to broadband by the end of 2025. He has built strong partnerships across a wide range of delivery partners in the private and public sectors, to ensure optimal project outcomes are achieved, and value is delivered to Ontarians. Prior to his time at IO, Tom served as a Director of Business Operations at PointClickCare, where he led various strategic projects, including several large-scale software implementations. Tom started his career in the aerospace industry as a research and development engineer at Pratt & Whitney Canada. Tom holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.
