Prior to joining Moderne, Shawn was the Director of Business Development at DocuSign for its Real Estate vertical. His responsibilities included building and executing DocuSign’s Real Estate strategy and creating strategic customer and technology partnerships throughout the industry. Over his career, he has overseen industry-shaping technology sales and implementations with the major residential and commercial real estate brands, property management firms, home builders, and multi-family organizations while expanding reach and revenue in these segments for multiple companies. He specializes in technology driven go-to-market execution while bridging strategic business needs with innovative industry technology solutions. Prior to DocuSign Shawn worked as a GM, Director of Sales, and Sr. Operations Manager with Constellation Software and Chase Bank. Shawn has a BA in Business Administration from Rowan University.

Combining his background in finance with his knowledge of health and safety, Adrian has begun educating professionals on how to demonstrate a return on safety, using language to resonate with high level executives, and how continuous improvement can be leveraged as a competitive advantage. He is a graduate of McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.
Ben has won awards for his research in both robotics and physics. He’s developed robots that assist in operating rooms and automate manufacturing equipment, even programming the world’s first legal robot ping-pong serve. His technical and business leadership has resulted in rapidly developed robotics technologies that solve real-world problems. Today, as the CEO of ShapeMeasure, he’s using that experience to create a safer, smarter and more efficient construction industry.
Jimmy Plante is passionate about the relationship between the built environment and technology. He is a businessman and entrepreneur with a focus on results, improving and maintaining customer satisfaction. He began his professional career with one of the most important steel manufacturing companies in North America. In addition to being responsible for the IT development related to BIM software such as Revit and Tekla, he was fortunate enough to be an Improvement Advisor. During this time, he gained a strong understanding of the different phases of manufacturing and construction and had the opportunity to implement strategies to reduce change resistance. Among his skills, he is especially renowned for his professionalism, his leadership as well as his ability to solve highly complex issues. He possesses a blend of expertise in business management, AECO industry as well as software development, and this enabled him to launch and develop his own company Virtual construction and technology BIM One Inc. BIM One is a firm specialized in technologies related to the building information modeling (BIM) process.
William St-Pierre has gained several years of experience in the field of construction project management quality control and monitoring. Now at the forefront of technology, he is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mechasys, a company that provides advanced photonics that displays construction plans in real scale on a job site. William and his team are determined to deliver the next generation of layout tools to every trade worker.
