As manager of PCL Agile, Troy has ultimate accountability for the overall operation of the manufacturing facility and the management of the own forces work program in Toronto. He is passionate about innovation and leading change that brings value to our clients. He fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement to enhance PCL’s service offering to our clients in regard to quality, safety, and speed to market. As a driver for value creation, PCL Agile brings together DFMA (design for manufacture and assembly), BIM, and self-perform work. Troy has more than 18 years of construction experience. He joined PCL’s industrial operations in Edmonton in 2006 where offsite solutions are paramount to the overall success of our projects, before being relocated to Toronto in 2014 to bring additional strength to the district’s offsite offerings.
