He often meets with customers and partners communicating the Oracle Construction & Engineering's innovation vision for the industry and how Oracle’s products and related competencies can be applied to address the needs of their business. Frank holds an MBA with a concentration in Business Technology. He often presents executive workshops and conference papers on current and future trends within the E&C industry and Oracle’s strategy for customers’ success.
