The St. Felix project is a 4-storey women’s shelter situated in the heart of downtown Toronto. A notable attribute of this project is that it is constructed from steel framed volumetric modules. During the tour participants will have a chance to learn more about the speed, complexity, challenges, and construction of module projects within a downtown core that has very little staging area.
Ryan Moxam is a seasoned professional, with over 11 years of dedicated service to Buttcon and 15+ years of experience in the construction industry. With a Master of Management Science and a robust educational background, Ryan combines his theoretical knowledge with practical experience to continue to significantly contribute to the construction industry.
