Catherine MacInnis serves as Associate General Counsel on IBI Group's Legal Services team. Catherine is accountable for managing IBI Group's risk portfolio worldwide. Catherine also acts as Chair of the Project Delivery and Risk Management Think Tank for CanBIM. She is a past contributor to the annual World Bank report on business regulation (Doing Business) and presents frequently on risk management for legal and design professionals.

Christie Bates is an intellectual property lawyer at Bereskin & Parr. Christie’s practice includes the licensing, protection, enforcement and acquisition of intellectual property, with a focus on copyright and trademarks. She is a frequent speaker and writer on the interplay between copyright and design and is a member of Building Transformation’s Project Delivery & Risk Management Think Tank.

Roddy is a registered architect with experience in a variety of sectors such as retail, corporate office, commercial, light industrial, educational, residential, and hospitality. With more than fourteen years of experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies, Roddy’s interest in BIM and Integrated Project Delivery have allowed him to develop novel practices for project delivery. These novel practices aim to streamline the design and construction process, and provide a product to owners that contain endless opportunities for post-occupancy goals. This has culminated in Roddy being the lead author for the Digital Project Delivery Curriculum for the Edmonton Construction Association and the International Facility Managers Association - NAC. In addition, Roddy is a non-practicing lawyer in the province of Alberta. This legal background gives him a multifaceted perspective during projects and a deepened understanding of opportunities and challenges which may arise.
Mike Hollinger practices securities, corporate and commercial law with a focus on the venture technology sector. Mike leads Dentons’ Toronto venture technology practice and has transactional experience gained from mergers and acquisitions as well as private and public markets financings in a wide range of industries.Mike advises entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies, investors and acquirers at all stages of growth.
