Summary

Résumé de la présentation

Corporations are under constant pressure to remain competitive and stay ahead of the competition. Rapid growth, tweaking existing business models, or buying the competition are not always viable options. Companies need to consider developing innovation and entrepreneurship strategies in-house. As part of that strategy, innovative companies are considering developing technology and unique workflows in-house as a means to gain an edge, control costs or just improve their business. Technology development, deployment and adoption has innumerable challenges. What are those challenges? Where are the opportunities for large corporations to innovate? How are companies managing financial and human resources? How are they measuring success? In this session hear from industry leaders who have embarked on a path to support a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship.
