Tannis Liviniuk is the President of Trillium Advisory Group, a Zachry Group company. She has over 20 years of industry experience; in her early career she held positions in project controls, planning, site coordination and leadership for contractors, EPCs, and facility owners. Since then, Tannis has worked in the industry technology space and held roles as Academy Director with Bentley Systems and as the CEO of an early stage technology startup. She now leads Trillium Advisory Group, a consulting firm that supports organizations in designing, building, and operating better assets through the deployment of best practices, innovations, and technology solutions.
Tannis is an active industry advancement advocate. She has been a guest lecturer at the University of Houston and for the Construction Industry Institute (CII) at the University of Texas at Austin. Tannis speaks at industry conferences globally on topics of industry innovation, technology implementation, and advancing opportunities for women in construction. In 2020 Tannis was named in the Top 40 Under 40 in Canadian Construction by On-site Magazine and SitePartners and in 2022 received Athabasca University’s Rising Star alumni award.
