He is an agent of digital transformation in the AECO sector in Nigeria and Africa at large.He is the author of an innovative conference paper titled "Benefit of integration of 5D BIM in cost Management practice in Quantity surveying firms".Usman Olayemi is well know for his proficiency in 5D BIM tools and Quantity surveying softwares which includes Naviswork manage 2016-2021, Blue beam Revu, E-takeoff, DONMEX-QS etc.While he was working in a construction company he was able to derive and create a template that helps to track project budget in terms of Material, Labour and contract.Usman Olayemi is the cofounder of a tech solution company that help companies, individuals and Educational sector in the trainings and implementation of Building information modeling(BIM). His team has successfully trained over 300 professional and students in the AECO sector.
