His efforts are centered on driving long-term growth while helping owners and builders gain access to the data and insights required to construct better, faster, and safer projects. In addition to his role at Timescapes, Hammad serves as a Board Member at Building Transformations and was recognized in the 2022 Top 40 Under 40 in Construction. Aaron believes in improving the construction industry in both productivity and owner outcomes by embracing changes in project delivery and coordination.
In his role as Manager Construction Services, he is passionate about improving workflows and outcomes. By focusing on value for the customer (internal and external) he consults with PCL's project teams, owners and trade and design partners to create custom, practical solutions in building information (BIM), emerging technology, scheduling, and quality. He leverages his leadership skills and practical construction knowledge from 14 years of hands on project management experience to empower people on their technological journey.

Aaron is currently leading PCL's digital delivery team on the New St. Paul's Hospital and the Lions Gate Acute Care Facility projects in Vancouver.
Laura-Lee has dedicated her entire career to the strategic development of BIM in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry. After graduating from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Architectural Science in 2005, Laura-Lee gained experience as a mechanical designer before stepping into broader corporate and industry roles as a BIM leader. After more than a decade completely dedicating herself to developing and implementing BIM standards, Laura-Lee is as passionate about data management as she is about the creativity and innovation intrinsic to managing multi-discipline models. Laura-Lee has served as a member of CanBIM for more than five years, sitting on the CanBIM Designers Committee for the past two years. Also an active member of the BIM community in Toronto, Laura-Lee has spoken at local and international events, guiding industry colleagues as they seek out effective methodologies to leverage new technologies. As an Autodesk certified professional in Revit MEP Mechanical, Revit MEP Electrical, and Revit Architecture, Laura-Lee combines practical project experience with big picture thinking, extending her unique passion for the growth and application of BIM technologies across Canada.
