In this presentation, Megan Beange speaks from her knowledge as an individual participating in international discourse as well as a member of the Canadian Digital Construction Community. Pulling from her experience abroad, her research and teachings at Algonquin College, and her work within Public Service, Megan presents a new perspective on publicly available information and highlights what would logically be the next step in the Canadian Construction Sector and Government adoption of digital transformation. Sharing her personal opinion in reconstructing the hints and trends in the greater Canadian landscape, Megan sets a national context for the Smart City discussions of later presenters.
