Monika Jaroszonek has always been fascinated by dynamic cities and believes that technology can be used to build more liveable cities through better access to urban data.
After 15 years in the architecture industry, she co-founded Ratio.City, a proptech company that helps city builders make data-driven decisions for urban transformation. Since launching in 2018, Ratio.City has become a trusted source of information for some of Canada’s largest real estate companies, municipalities and asset managers.
Ratio.City was acquired by Esri Canada in 2023, and Monika now leads a new Planning & Housing division. They provide innovative and data driven products, services and solutions to support both public and private sector professionals to optimize and accelerate Canada's housing supply.

Bader joined CentreCourt in 2017 and leads their new acquisition efforts. He is responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, and due diligence, and is actively involved in the zoning process. Bader has also contributed to various pre-construction sales processes, most recently leading the successful sales launches for Prime Condos and for 252 Church Condos.
Bader has been an active member of the Toronto real estate industry and is a past Co-Chair of ULI Toronto’s Program Committee. He has been involved with several mentorship and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives over the years.
Prior to joining CentreCourt, Bader worked as an Investment Associate for a major real estate private equity firm, having previously worked in investment banking for a large Canadian bank.
Bader holds an Honors Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario.
