Built for Field Teams. Trusted by Supers

StruxHub is a construction site operations platform designed to help field teams execute. We empower general contractors, specialty trades, and suppliers to coordinate logistics-centric jobsite workflows around deliveries, safety, and quality—processes that, when mismanaged, lead to chaos, frustration, and waste.

StruxHub was born after spending a year walking jobsites worldwide. Conversations with hundreds of construction professionals made one thing clear: despite billions in ConTech investments, the industry wasn’t solving the Superintendent’s problem.

On most sites, Superintendents and field teams still rely on a patchwork of whiteboards, spreadsheets, and phone calls to coordinate construction activities. Even when technology is applied to field workflows, it tends to prioritize documentation over execution, leaving the field team’s core job of building disrupted.

StruxHub rewrites this narrative. Focusing on the field’s unmet needs, we’ve built our platform and company from the ground up with Superintendents at the core.

Automating Field Coordination

StruxHub is already trusted by 7 of North America’s top 25 general contractors, helping deliver complex projects like hospitals, airports, data centers, manufacturing facilities, and solar farms.

StruxHub’s delivery management system (DMS) has been a standout driver of success. For example, Axiom Builders conducted a controlled field study comparing delivery coordination on a two-tower highrise using StruxHub to a similar control site. The results were compelling:

  • 83% reduction in delivery coordination time;
  • 2-3 hours saved per week per Superintendent from reduced scheduling and firefighting;
  • 400% ROI calculated from direct time savings alone, with the potential for even greater returns.

These positive results are due to StruxHub’s ability to allow trade partners to self-book deliveries and resources without the direct intervention of the general contractor—all while avoiding logistical and scheduling conflicts. In essence, StruxHub helps automate coordination while keeping the general contractor in control.

Maps + Workflows + Data = Field Success

StruxHub has been purpose-built for the field. Its tech stack is based on 3 pillars:

  1. Geolocated Site Maps: Logistics drives all construction activities, so we’ve made maps central to StruxHub. Teams can visualize site locations, drone imagery, live traffic, and active workflows in an intuitive map interface, like a Google map for your jobsite.
  2. Configurable Workflows: Every project has unique needs. StruxHub’s powerful workflow engine transforms any paper-based form—whether a safety permit or QC test inspection—into a digital, multi-step workflow accessible on mobile and desktop.
  3. Data Management: Spreadsheets are highly configurable but fragile, especially when many users and workflows are involved. StruxHub’s data model brings the best of both worlds by allowing projects to track and aggregate data around resources and workflows within and across projects.

The Path Forward

While StruxHub has seen early traction and delivered measurable impact, we’re just beginning our journey. As with all startups, our immediate focus is on growth—raising awareness and expanding into new workflows, project types, and accounts. By scaling StruxHub, we aim to create ripple effects across the entire construction industry. Our site operations platform empowers general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to collaborate seamlessly through shared workflows and structured data. This improved coordination not only streamlines project execution but also fosters a more connected and efficient construction supply chain.
