Hiring Technical Relationship Manager for Pinnacle Infotech Inc.
Role & Responsibility:
- Support the BIM production team to understand the client requirements and specifications and execute the projects successfully.
- Build relations with clients and monitor the upcoming projects and projections.
- Upselling and Cross selling.
- Client Retention.
- Provide training and review files of production teams on technical/aesthetic areas.
- Plan travel/visits to meet clients and prospects as required.
- Ensure proper onboarding of new clients and bridge the gap between client and overseas team.
- Helping Estimation team in preparation of Proposal based on Client scope requirement.
- Trying to achieve Zero complaints from clients and grow business.
- Pitching new services/scopes for Pinnacle’s growth.
- Updating database and Salesforce.
- Timely updating MOMs of Client meetings and Coordination meetings and sharing the same.
- Good Communication/Effective Communication skills.
Education and Job Profile: Education: MEP Engineering Education Background Profile:
- Proper Constructability knowledge,
- Code Knowledge
- Effective Communication
- Client Acumen is essential in this role.
- Should be accountable/responsible and take ownership of the work.
- Must be able to Read, Speak and Write both French and English
- Must have experience at least 3 years in local construction industry or related.
