VDC Coordinator - Digital Project Delivery

You as a VDC Coordinator (Digital Project Delivery) will:

Note: This role has the flexibility to be situated across any EllisDon office within Canada.

• Design, build and manage deployment of various BIM data visualisations, VDC, and Construction Technology dashboards using data from 3D Models (.RVT, .IFC), alongside various other data sources(.XER, .DOC, .XLS, .PDF, APIs and integrations, etc).
• Building or creating custom scripts to aid in BIM coordination, 4D modelling and progress tracking, planning, logistics and Virtual Reality.
• Building web applications to supplement the BIM / VDC planning and deliverables process as well as for traditional construction processes.
• Building or creating BIM issue tracking and asset information management capture workflow.

Is this the right role for you?

Must Have

• Minimum 2+ years of industry experience in a similar role OR a variety of experience, education
• Experience with PowerBI, Microsoft PowerApps/Flow, Microsoft Visual Studio, MySQL, .NET,  Dynamo, HTML
• Experience/Knowledge of 3D Modelling tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Revizto or similar)

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of one or more programming languages: Java, Javascript, GO, C#, Python, PHP, etc.
• Experience or exposure to 3D software/tools (3DS Max, Maya, Blender, SketchUp, Inventor, Tekla, SolidWorks, Unreal Engine, etc)
