Reporting to the Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Manager the VDC Coordinator is a Technical Coordinator responsible for modeling, coordinating, and supporting all BIM/VDC processes throughout Clark Builders. This includes but is not limited to execution planning, construction modeling, 3D coordination, drawing generation, trade coordination, reality capture & Processing, Survey / layout, site logistics, and business development content.
Our VDC team is a highly collaborative and independent group that focuses on getting the job done. Our culture is driven by direction and a can do attitude that promotes creative solutions and problem solving. Our working environment will be a mix of onsite and in office work and some travel will be required.
