CAD developers from all over the world will be traveling to the city of Prague, Czech Republic for Teigha Developer Conference 2017. The conference is a two-day event held on September 11th and 12th at the Vienna House Diplomat hotel near the city centre. The conference is sponsored by Open Design Alliance (ODA), and is free for members of the non-profit technology consortium.
The focus of the conference is Teigha, ODA’s suite of development tools for CAD, BIM and technical graphics developers. Teigha includes interoperability solutions for products such as Autodesk® AutoCAD®, Autodesk Revit®, and Bentley® MicroStation®. In addition, Teigha also features professional components for visualization, publishing and CAD editing.
Noteworthy items on the agenda for September 11th include two new additions to the Teigha product line:
Teigha Visualize, a high-performance rendering SDK that supports fast 2D/3D rendering of any engineering data; andTeigha Revision Control, a revision control system for the ubiquitous .dwg file format.
In addition, ODA’s latest work on Teigha BIM, the world’s only stand-alone SDK for Autodesk Revit files, will be showcased. On the second day of the conference, attendees will have the opportunity to meet with the Teigha development team and with ODA management. While the conference is primarily intended for ODA members, there are a limited number of seats available for non-members who would like to learn about Teigha.
