We are excited to announce the appointment of two new members to the Building Transformations Board of Directors. Please join us in welcoming Frédéric Leclair and Chris Little, who will be serving on the board moving forward.

Frédéric Leclair

Director, Drafting Services - Canam

Frédéric Leclair brings over 20 years of expertise in the structural steel industry, with a career spanning independent structural drafting offices, international engineering firms, and key roles within steel fabrication companies. As the Director of Drafting Services at Canam Group, Frédéric is dedicated to driving digital transformation initiatives that align with Canam’s construction and manufacturing goals, particularly around sustainability, efficiency, and ESG objectives. His recent focus on implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes reflects his commitment to fostering growth in a collaborative environment. We are thrilled to have Frédéric’s insight and leadership on our board. Welcome aboard, Frédéric!


Chris Little

VDC/BIM Director

Chris Little is an accomplished and innovative Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale clinical, commercial, and institutional projects across Canada’s construction landscape. His impressive portfolio includes overseeing $6B+ in construction projects and driving BIM estimation and strategy for projects valued at $8B+. Known for his passion for innovation and automation, Chris has led the development of cutting-edge VDC systems, including REVIT AI tools, robotic VDC operations, and prefabrication tracking systems. His commitment to building high-performing teams and advancing technological solutions makes him a valuable addition to our board. Welcome aboard, Chris!
