ATRIO is a major mixed-use commercial development in central Bogotá, Columbia. The Client is QBO, Group A, and Arpro. The Northern tower is 200m high, with 43 stories above grade and 5 underground parking levels. ARPRO, one of the biggest construction companies in Colombia, partnered with EllisDon to build the ATRIO. the Project management team, Consultants, and contractors utilized BIM to address the project challenges throughout various project life-cycles. the whole project was designed and coordinated fully using a combination of 43 BIM models. Steel Fabrication details and curtain wall panels cutting list were all extracted from an integrated model.
