Division 15 has continued to develop its BIM capabilities by designing and prefabricating rooftop packaged mechanical plant rooms off-site. This level of prefabrication, along with detailed layout coordination and the implementation of Trimble Field Points, enabled an efficient, accurate installation of MEP services at BCIT’s new Health Sciences Centre.
