Based on Sweeny&Co Architects’ initial Revit model, Maple Reinders developed an integrated 3D model and 4D schedule for the Chartwell Head Office. Innovations included BubbleDeck, using recycled hollow plastic balls inserted into the slab to reduce structural concrete volume; and View Dynamic Glass which electronically lightens and darkens based on the angle of the sun.
