Mr. Paquin is a senior manager specialized in project management, member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, with more than 40 years of experience in carrying out multiple infrastructure projects of all types, as project chief or as manager, both in the public sector and in the private sector within various companies and engineering firms. At the Société québécoise des infrastructures, he is in charge of the practices evolution and innovation, particularly regarding project delivery methods, collaborative approaches and the BIM deployment. He also relies on more than 25 years of experience in major projects as a client.
His professional career naturally led Mr. Paquin to understand the importance of linking project management and digital transformation (BIM), to the human and collaborative aspect (IDP) and to efficient project governance (projects delivery methods). It is this essential combination that makes it possible to put technology at the service of teams for the benefit of projects, the State, and the Citizen.
