The Royal Columbian Hospital Redevelopment Ph.2 project¹ is a Design Build project that includes the construction of a new 350-bed acute care tower. The enhanced BIM requirements for this project are especially challenging, requiring application through all phases from demolition of existing, design, construction, and to later operations management.
