The current state of digitization throughout the project lifecycle in the AECFMO industry is poorly documented and publicized. Without an understanding of digital adoption, stakeholders cannot create informed data-driven strategies based on real data. This lack of information results in an undefined benchmark to identify progress throughout the industry.
The Digitization & Data Think Tank will circulate a survey to collect information on digital maturity throughout the industry and the project lifecycle. With this survey, we will understand where there are gaps of knowledge and implementation, which will allow us to strategize the action items and monitor their progress year after year.
Building Transformations (CanBIM) is a community of innovators focused on advancing our industry from all sectors and all disciplines of the building and infrastructure industry.
