As the Think Tank initiative evolves it is expected that there will be a need to form new Think Tanks around new subject matter or process-based initiatives. A minimum of three volunteers are required to start up a CanBIM Think Tank with Board approval. Goals

Advance the CanBIM Mission and Vision through encouraging the adoption of Prefabrication, Offsite, and Modular Construction in our industry.
Deliver content in the form of presentations, articles and interviews through CanBIM events, publications and other initiatives as they become available.
Develop a collaborative ecosystem between the Prefabrication, Offsite and Modular manufacturers, vendors, associations and CanBIM Membership for the purpose of:

Advancing integration of digital technology in the Design for Manufacture, Logistics and Assembly process
Educating the CanBIM Members
Connecting existing CanBIM membership with new organizations and associations
Encouraging external organizations participation in CanBIM
