Brad’s passion for construction began with the operation of heavy equipment and the installation of underground services with his stepfather during the summer months before graduating high school. He achieved his Civil Engineering Technology diploma in 2003 and started his career with a medium-sized construction company as an estimator. In July 2006, Brad transitioned to the PCL family of companies where he started as a field engineer and was promoted to project coordinator in 2011. Soon after his promotion, Brad was assigned to a $32M civil project as the quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) coordinator where he oversaw and inspected multiple trade scopes and implemented PCL’s QA/QC program. Following that role, Brad was assigned to a $7M amusement park project as the lead surveyor and project coordinator. Brad now leads the Saskatoon UAV program while assisting the district with implementing new technology in the industry such as virtual reality, 360-degree photographs, and photogrammetry.

Larry graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2010 and began his construction career with PCL as a field engineer and surveyor in Winnipeg. He grew his industry knowledge and skills working on several significant civil projects, including one of Manitoba’s largest bridge projects - the Disraeli Freeway in Winnipeg - before transferring to Regina as a lead surveyor for the city’s newest office tower, Agriculture Place. For the past two years, Larry has been the Project Coordinator for a complex envelope replacement project located at SaskTel’s seven-story office building in downtown Regina. Larry earned his drone pilot certificate in 2017, is co-chair of the PCL Regina Lean and Technology committee and spearheaded the district’s Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) Program.
