Geraldine has 30 years of experience in the AEC industry as both principal and project manager/architect utilizing a variety of software solutions to deliver projects and, in particular, overseeing the use of Revit and Navisworks within a BIM environment. Applying her BIM project management expertise, Geraldine is passionate about working with owners, operators, contractors and designers to ensure that this new process–employing database software–is implemented effectively for the benefit of all parties to the construction process. She is a firm believer in working in a collaborative manner, her ultimate goal being to deliver owners and operators a comprehensive, data-rich digital record of their facilities.

Victor is currently at the heart of the development of the standard BIM practices and procedures at HIAA, while working closely with numerous Facility Management stakeholders as a multi-disciplinarian project coordinator. With over 10 years of experience in building design and BIM implementation, Victor is passionate about making efficient use of technology to optimize project deliverables and asset lifecycle management. Throughout his career as a Building Engineering Technologist, BIM Manager, and consultant, he has played a key role within many AEC environments in converting and optimizing core design and construction coordination workflows to BIM.
Stefan has over 20 years of experience in real estate development as both a director and project manager. He leads the initiation, design, construction, and handover of large operating assets across the industrial, infrastructure, commercial, and residential property sectors. Mr. Melnyk is a member of the Project Management Institute and is certified as a Project Management Professional. He is passionate about advancing the use of BIM to support improving the delivery of projects and integrating all key stakeholder requirements involved through the lifecycle of a project.
Derek Cheung is currently managing both the Senior Manager, Applied Technologies at Mattamy Homes Canada. Prior to entering the world of homebuilding and BIM, he has had a diverse background in Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) consulting and has held a senior management role in a distribution logistics in the Far East, with recognized success leading diverse teams and driving results. Derek is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario, and holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from University of Waterloo and an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.
